Biden Authorized “Deadly Force” In Mar-a-Lago Raid

United States: In an astonishing exhibition of federal overreach and political stratagem, it has been disclosed that Joe Biden’s administration was allegedly prepared to eliminate his primary political adversary, Donald Trump, and his family as part of an extraordinary publicity maneuver.

On Tuesday, Judge Aileen Cannon unsealed a series of motions pertaining to Jack Smith’s contentious classified documents case against Trump. Among the startling revelations was the disclosure that Biden’s FBI sanctioned the use of lethal force during their raid on Mar-a-Lago in August 2022.

This audacious action by armed FBI agents, poised to confront Trump, underscores the extreme lengths to which Biden’s administration might go. The filing noted: “Should FPOTUS [Trump] arrive at MAL [Mar-a-Lago], FBI MM EM and OSCs will be prepared to engage with FPOTUS and USSS Security Team.” Additionally, it stated, “Should USSS provide resistance or interfere with FBI timeline or accesses, FBI MM EM will engage with [redacted] and [redacted] will engage with USSS POCs per existing liaison relationships.”

A chilling depiction of the lethal force guidelines delineated the scenarios under which DOJ law enforcement officers could resort to deadly force solely when indispensable when the officer holds a reasonable conviction that the individual poses an imminent threat of death or grievous bodily harm.

This unparalleled move follows Biden’s facilitation for his Justice Department to apprehend his political contender by retroactively revoking Trump’s executive privilege. This revocation enabled the subpoenaing of Trump, subsequently allowing the Justice Department to indict him on federal charges.

Subsequent to the subpoena, federal agents descended upon Mar-a-Lago, seizing documents and instructing the former president to secure his storage area with an additional lock. However, two months later, the FBI orchestrated a comprehensive raid on Mar-a-Lago, rifling through Trump’s possessions without permitting his legal representatives to be present.

The situation intensified when, in November 2022, Jack Smith was designated as special counsel to scrutinize the documents at Trump’s Florida residence. By June 2023, Trump encountered an indictment on 37 counts associated with Smith’s classified documents case, including accusations of willful retention, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and providing false statements.

This entire episode accentuated the alarming extent of Biden’s politicization of the Justice Department and the perilous precedent it establishes for leveraging federal authority to target political adversaries.
