Biden Pushes to Amnesty 350,000 Illegal Migrant Invaders

United States: The Biden administration’s clandestine maneuvers threaten the security of our nation as they subtly execute what can only be characterized as a “mass amnesty” program for migrants. While publicly maintaining a facade of stringent border enforcement, behind the scenes, they have been methodically closing over 350,000 asylum cases since 2022, allowing these migrants to remain indefinitely within US borders, unencumbered by the specter of deportation.

Statistical data elucidates that these cases are being terminated without assessing the validity of the asylum claims, effectively permitting these individuals to bypass our legal system. They are no longer obligated to report to authorities, granting them the liberty to traverse the country unchecked. This is not the administration of immigration; it is a wholesale abdication of immigration law, according to the reports.

“This is nothing short of a colossal amnesty cloaked as prosecutorial discretion,” states Andrew Arthur, ex-immigration judge affiliated with the Center for Immigration Studies. They grumble about the deep concern among conservatives that the Biden administration is giving more importance to illegitimate immigrants than the security and safety of the American people.

Typically, Immigration Courts operate independently, and in 2020 and during the Trump administration, Immigration Courts required the deportation of 48 000 migrants. In stark contrast, the Biden administration’s record reveals a significant shift: This happened despite the fact that in one year alone, that is, in 2022, 102,550 cases were dismissed or expunged. It rose to 149,000 in 2023 and was still increasing year on year, and there clearly seemed to be no stopping it. This shows that immigration is on the rise and shows a policy of tolerance and permissiveness for persons who have entered the country unlawfully.

The ramifications of this policy are dire. ICE officers have reported an uptick in criminal activities committed by these migrants after their asylum cases were dismissed. This necessitates ICE to recommence removal proceedings, a process that can span years, during which these individuals remain within our communities.

An anonymous ICE officer implored, “Please inform everyone about what’s truly transpiring,” as per reports.

In 2022, an ICE memorandum directed prosecutors to dismiss cases for migrants not classified as national security threats. This policy shift has precipitated a monumental increase in dismissed cases, eclipsing previous years. Since Biden assumed office, a staggering 77% of asylum seekers have been permitted to remain in the country, equating to 499,000 out of 648,000 applicants.

The backlog of asylum cases now stands at an overwhelming 3.5 million. By dismissing over 100,000 cases annually, the administration is artificially deflating this backlog, creating a facade of efficiency while subverting the rule of law. Once their cases are dismissed, these migrants elude ICE’s surveillance, effectively vanishing from any legal oversight.

Reportedly, this is not simply a political mismanagement of the issue; it is in fact a deliberate plan to flood the US with illegitimate immigrants in order to shift the geopolitical landscape of America. The actions of the administration are a slap on the faces of every legal American that expects the rule of law to prevail as well as every legal immigrant who followed the legal process to be granted residency in this country.

Joe’s Boy Basement plan on immigration should not be viewed as mere compassion but as an agenda to fundamentally alter the United States through immigration and impunity. The arrival of foreigners at our borders has been on the rise, and this must be stopped to protect the sovereignty of our country. This is not to say that a government should not care for the unlawfully present aliens, but means that the American populace deserves a government that will protect them and enhance their well-being rather than allow the unauthorized migrants to overrun the country’s security.
